We are not EPA trainers, consultants or professional speakers. We are a functioning contracting company experiencing the same daily challenges as you. We were established in 1982 and in 1989 we were almost shut down because of a Lead Paint violation against our company. In 1990, we became Licensed Deleading Contractors in the state of Massachusetts. Since that time, we have conducted thousands of Lead Safe Renovations that include everything from window replacement, door replacement, siding, painting, and general construction to demolition.
Contracting has been my calling, but when the EPA RRP Rules came out and my friends and colleagues started calling for information, the idea was hatched to create this product. We believe that this is the best product on the market.
